Recipes..TEXAS TACOS yummy

Ingredients
1 lb lean ground beef
1 small onion, diced

1 cup frozen corn
1 can (8 oz) tomato sauce
1 package (8.5 oz) ready-to-serve rice packet Pinto Beans & Rice
1 packet taco seasoning
1/2 a lime, squeezed
taco toppings
Instructions
Cook ground beef, red pepper, and onion over medium-high heat until beef is no longer pink and vegetables are tender. Drain.
Stir in the tomatoes, corn, tomato sauce, rice packet (DO NOT COOK BEFORE), taco seasoning and the lime juice. Let simmer on medium-low heat for 10-15 minutes.
Serve in taco shells with toppings of your choice.
